Nicole Mulrooney joined The William Stanley Group as Project Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience leading complex initiatives, coordinating executive operations, and ensuring projects are delivered with clarity, precision, and measurable results. Known for her organizational excellence and calm command of detail, Nicole bridges strategy and execution — ensuring every engagement runs seamlessly from kickoff to completion.

Before joining the firm, Nicole founded Relocate Tampa Bay, where she streamlined the relocation process for individuals and families while overseeing every facet of business operations, from marketing and finance to client experience. Her entrepreneurial background sharpened her ability to anticipate needs, solve problems creatively, and keep projects moving forward on time and within scope.

Previously, Nicole served as Executive Coordinator at Pine Services Group and Executive Assistant at the Tampa Bay Partnership, where she supported C-Suite leaders, optimized communication across departments, and coordinated large-scale events and initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held analyst and project management roles with Thrivent Financial, Target Corporation, and Kroll Ontrack, developing a data-driven approach to operational improvement that continues to inform her work today.

A graduate of St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (emphasis in Finance), Nicole is skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and fluent across modern collaboration tools including Asana, Salesforce, and the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspaces.
