Michelle Delker is the founder and CEO of The William Stanley CFO Group, a boutique financial services firm based in Tampa, Florida. The firm partners with high-growth businesses to improve financial performance, optimize operations, and support sustainable growth. Michelle is a licensed CPA with over 20 years of financial leadership experience across healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. She holds degrees from Simpson College and The University of Tampa and earned a Strategic CFO Certificate from Wharton Executive Education.
She began her career at a $700M GE affiliate, where she honed her operational finance foundation, and later served as CFO of a $300M skilled nursing enterprise, where she led major financial transformations across debt, systems, and margin strategy.
In 2025, she acquired Craft & Company, CPAs, a respected Tampa-based tax firm with a 40-year legacy. The acquisition brought tax compliance and advisory services in-house and expanded the firm’s ability to serve a broader segment of business owners with the strategic structure needed to scale.
Michelle serves as treasurer for Habitat for Humanity of East and Central Pasco County and is an active member of the AICPA. In 2024, her firm earned the Tampa Bay Chamber’s Start-Up Small Business of the Year Award, and she was recognized as a Women Who Win finalist by Tampa Bay Business and Wealth. In 2025, she was named the Women Who Win Financial Services category winner.
