Michelle Delker is the Founder & CEO of The William Stanley CFO Group, a leading Fractional CFO firm based out of Tampa, Florida.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Simpson College (2004) and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Tampa (2009). She is a Florida licensed CPA and in 2022, she earned a Strategic CFO Certificate from Wharton Executive Education.
With more than two decades of extensive finance experience, Michelle began her career with large, publicly traded organizations, spending eight years with a $700M General Electric affiliate (Accountant, Financial Analyst) before transitioning to a leadership role with a $50M healthcare start up (Controller), then to a $300M skilled nursing enterprise (Chief Financial Officer).
Michelle's five years as the CFO of a $300M healthcare organization proved transformational. During her tenure (pre, during, and post Covid), she: partnered with key stakeholders to revitalize multiple departments, fostering cross departmental collaboration, introduced innovative software resulting in enhanced financial reporting, strategically restructured debt, renegotiating long standing contracts, and procured unprecedented reimbursement rate relief - fortifying the organization's fiscal position, ensuring its long term sustainability.
In 2022, Michelle founded The William Stanley CFO Group to help high growth organizations remove obstacles - diversifying offerings, bolstering margins, and managing risk - propelling them forward to their next level of success.
Michelle is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and serves as Treasurer for Habitat for Humanity of East and Central Pasco County. Her dedication to empowering businesses and her exceptional achievements were recognized in 2024 when she was honored as a "Woman Who Wins" finalist by Tampa Bay Business and Wealth. Additionally, The William Stanley CFO Group was named as a finalist for The Tampa Bay Chamber's 2024 Start Up Small Business of the Year.

Her journey in the world of finance began more than twenty years ago, honing her skills and expertise in accounting. Robyn holds an undergraduate degree from East Tennessee State University, where she developed a solid foundation in financial principles and best practices.
Robyn is the quiet force behind the scenes, known for her technical expertise and ability to navigate complex financial landscapes. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, she has led the charge for various organizations - rebuilding Finance departments, spearheading multiple successful first year audits, meticulously reviewing financial records and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. She has also created innovative programs to comply with stringent regulatory requirements, securing funding.
