Jacquelyn Ramirez joined The William Stanley Group in July 2025, bringing more than 15 years of experience spanning tax strategy, accounting, and executive finance. A Tampa native and seasoned CPA, she combines technical mastery with real-world operational insight — helping clients navigate complexity with structure, foresight, and calm precision.

Before joining the firm, Jacquelyn served as Chief Financial Officer at Action Air Conditioning, where she modernized the company’s accounting function from paper-based to fully digital in under a year. She led all aspects of finance and accounting, HR, payroll, and benefits administration, managed the company’s 401(k) plan, and directed tax filings and financial reporting. Her leadership strengthened internal controls, streamlined operations, and positioned the business for sustainable growth.

Previously, Jacquelyn spent more than a decade with Frazier & Deeter, LLC (formerly Kingery & Crouse), progressing from intern to Tax Manager. There, she led complex engagements across corporate, partnership, and individual tax portfolios; managed multi-office teams; and advised both domestic and multinational clients on compliance, structure, and strategy. Her background includes international reporting, audit support, and tax planning for privately held and growth-stage companies alike.

Jacquelyn holds a Master of Accountancy and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Management from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida (AC43848) and a proud alumna of the Tampa Connection Class of 2015.
