Michelle Delker is the Founder and CEO of The William Stanley CFO Group.
She is an experienced CFO and CPA, with a Strategic CFO Certificate from Wharton Executive Education, a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Tampa, and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Simpson College.
During Michelle's almost twenty years in Finance, she has held key roles with several well known organizations in the Tampa market, having spent close to a decade with large, publicly traded, Fortune 500 companies before transitioning to the private sector. Almost immediately, she began noting similar challenges throughout various industries - whether a $50M domestic start up or a $300M healthcare enterprise - top leadership contended with similar challenges; lean finance teams, struggling with competing priorities, often resulting in a lack of clarity and missed opportunities.
In 2022, she founded The William Stanley CFO Group to remove obstacles, providing the clarity necessary to optimize your organization - diversifying offerings, bolstering margins, and managing risk - ultimately increasing enterprise value and advancing your organization to the next level.
Robyn Keithley is the Vice President of Operations of The William Stanley CFO Group.
She is an experienced accounting and finance executive, with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from East Tennessee State University.
A highly skilled expert with unwavering standards of excellence, Robyn brings almost twenty years of global finance, treasury, and accounting experience in corporate and consulting roles for both public and privately held organizations. Her long list of impressive accomplishments include ERP and automation software implementations, garnering clean, unqualified opinions on multiple first year audits, and successfully navigating complex and ever changing compliance and regulatory landscapes, mitigating organizational risk.
In her role as VP of Operations, Robyn heads infrastructure development, streamlining processes and procedures while deploying appropriate controls promoting data integrity, facilitating strategic changes necessary to drive clients’ growth and profitability.
